What a show, you must all be very proud for the way you peformed at the Grand Theatre. A true variety show in every sense of the word. Talking to the judges, guests and audience everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Most couldn't believe the quality of the acts they saw, from start to finish the sold out Grand Theatre were clapping to songs, laughing at comedy or giving standing ovations!!

Many thanks must go out to the judges for making one of the toughest decision ever, especially Jaki Graham, a wonderful lady, and her family. To all those who supported the show, the Grand Theatre staff for taking a bunch of amateur event organisers and making them look like they knew what they were doing in producing the show, the special guest singers, Kris formerly with 4 Sure and of course Katie and Laura.

A show like this is produced not by one person but a team, so many thanks to the team who worked from 10.30am to 11.30pm to ensure the show was the success it was.

The big idea...
Wolverhampton’s Top Talent is the Black Country’s answer to a high profile talent competition, giving individuals a chance to shine, while at the same time raising money for local charity ‘Promise Dreams’. The competition will see 100’s of contestants battle it out over audition heats to earn a place in the grand final, where they will stand a chance of being crowned Wolverhampton's Top Talent, at a glamourous, celebrity hosted event, winning £2,500 in prize money.

Wolverhampton’s Top Talent is a charity event, raising money in association with local Lions' Clubs, and Promise Dreams, for children suffering from terminal illness. For this reason, an application fee is applicable, which will go towards improving the quality of life of these unfortunate children. To see how the money raised by this event will be spent, please visit the Promise Dreams web site.
